Our Commitment to Quality
At Last Manner, we take pride in the quality and value of our products and hope you love them as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes there’s no substitute for experiencing a product firsthand. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the merchandise is in its new, unused condition and includes the original packaging. Returns received after the 30-day period will not be accepted. (See below for Non-Returnable Items). Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you notice any damage or loss, contact us immediately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, labels, and tags. Items that show signs of use or arrive without the original packaging will not be accepted and shipped back to you.
Keep in mind that small imperfections can occur with materials like leather, brass, copper, and aluminum. Many items are handmade and may have slight cosmetic flaws, which we view as part of each item’s unique character and authenticity.
To ensure transparency, we continually refine our product descriptions based on customer feedback. We recommend thoroughly reviewing these descriptions before purchasing to address any concerns.
Return Instructions

Domestic Returns: If your item is in new, unused condition and includes the original packaging and all accessories, please visit our automated Returns Portal to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide a non-expedited prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.

International Returns: International returns are accepted; however, customers are responsible for return shipping. A prepaid return label may be requested, and any return shipping costs, import duties, or re-entry fees will be deducted from your refund. To initiate an international return, please contact us at support@lastmanner.com for authorization. Packages returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please use appropriate packaging when shipping items back. We are not responsible for damage incurred during return transit and reserve the right to refuse returns for items that arrive damaged or incomplete.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
Shipping costs, including original shipping fees and any customs duties, are non-refundable, as these services are paid for at the time of delivery. Refunds to the original payment method will incur a flat $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns for store credit or exchanges are not subject to this fee. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days, provided the item is in new, unused condition and includes its original packaging. If the replacement item is lower in price, we’ll refund you the difference. If it is higher, you will need to pay the difference before the exchange is processed.
Return shipping for exchanges is covered by us. However, shipping the new item back to you will follow our standard shipping thresholds for free shipping. If your exchange does not meet the free shipping minimum, our normal shipping rates will apply.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Photographs, posters, gift cards, vintage artwork, vintage items, and "Bygone Goods" products (FINAL SALE).
- Any copper/brass/bronze products in which the vacuum seal has been broken or which the product has been handled and oxidized.
- Lighters that have been filled with fuel.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts, or without the manufacturer's box.
Exceptions may apply for items damaged in transit, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you believe your package has been damaged or tampered with, do not open it before fully documenting its condition. Please take clear photos and/or video of the sealed package, all sides of the shipping box, and the shipping label prior to opening. Opening a package before documentation may limit our ability to assist or file a carrier investigation.
To process any damage, missing-item, or incorrect-item claim, we require clear documentation of the package as it was received, including:

Photos of all sides of the sealed shipping box,

A clear photo of the shipping label,

Photos of the inner packaging and packing materials, and
-
Photos of the item(s) received and the issue you are reporting.
In some cases, we may request a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, the shipping label, and the entire opening process without cuts or edits. Claims submitted without the required evidence may be denied, as we are unable to file or validate a carrier investigation without proper documentation.
Carrier tampering claims are subject to verification by the shipping provider. All items, packaging, and materials must be retained until the claim has been fully resolved.
For orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing, replacements and refunds will only be issued after the completion of a formal carrier investigation (USPS Missing Mail, UPS Package Trace, or equivalent). We are unable to issue any resolution while an investigation is open or pending. Last Manner will initiate and manage the carrier claim on your behalf and will follow up as soon as a determination has been made.
