I Iam thoroughly impressed by the quality of the piece I bought, the Wingback Key Cache. The ridges and threads were machined to perfection, the brass body was textured to not only help with grip, but also to patina with a depth that you won't get with mass produced brass EDC. They give the same attention to detail to the packaging as what it carries.

I absolutely love giving gifts from Last Manner. You know how you can often feel the quality of a product when you pick it up? This happens with EVERYTHING from Last Manner. The knives make you feel special when you open them. The lighters feel hefty heirlooms (which they likely will be). And the looks of wonder and physical satisfaction on the people you gift these special goods to is worth the price alone. “Wow. This is so special.” Thatsthe kind of thing you’ll hear. Delivery with speed and care. I think it will be a good idea to have an instruction on how to use the product contain within the package in the future. Took me a hot minute to figure out how the product works. Or maybe I'm just slow.

Always a pleasure shopping with Gladfellow. I have made a few purchases from them and my recent vintage Kreisler lighter was perfect. It showed up in pristine condition and simply needed a flint to get it in working condition. Their customer service is also something I really appreciate. I had an issue with my order that was due to the shipping service basically losing my item. Gladfellow made it incredibly easy to get everything taken care of and promptly shipped me a new item. Not only did they take care of the issue they were really nice and made me feel like my order mattered. I for sure recommend shopping with Gladfellow.
