After meeting in Central Saint Martins while studying Product Design; Odin Ardagh, Benjamin Weininger and Noah Bier founded Makers Cabinet in 2017 as a response to the disposable and wasteful nature of the stationery market. It began with a simple idea, re-imagining how pencils are sharpened. Since then, they have created original and exciting heirloom quality tools, elevating the drawing and writing experience to an art form.

From Rich to Radiant
The Transformation of Brass Patina
Brass evolves beautifully over time, developing a rich patina that enhances its depth and character. As it reacts to air, moisture, and touch, its surface gradually shifts—deepening into warm golden hues, rich browns, or even hints of green and blue. Unlike materials that degrade, brass gains a lived-in elegance, with each mark and change telling a story of use and history. Through natural oxidation and handling, its finish becomes uniquely its own, embodying a timeless aesthetic that only grows more captivating with age.
