James Brand The Pike Folding Knife
Complimentary U.S. Shipping $100+ | International $350+
The Pike started with a simple brief: create a modern take on your grandfather's knife with a simple, clean interpretation of the classic non-locking slip-joint.
The James Brand has paired inviting, warm materials with a clean, modern form meant for those who want to carry a knife in their pocket, not on their hip. Every detail is considered, from the slim profile to the balanced feel in hand.
Its discreet form slips easily into your pocket, while the integrated lanyard allows for quick, intuitive deployment when needed. The Wharncliffe blade shape offers precision and control, making it well-suited for everyday tasks.
The result is a minimal design that feels timeless rather than trendy—an object made to be used daily and kept for years to come.

The James Brand was created in Portland, Oregon in 2012 by a group of designers and adventurers who were looking for something better. Based on the adage that if you can’t find what you want, you might have to make it yourself, they decided to put pen to paper and design something new: products made with premium materials, a minimalist design aesthetic, and clear attention to the details. The James Brand makes knives and tools that are a better reflection of our values and lives. Modern, minimal everyday carry is what the James brand is all about.
