Offered here is a like-new Ronson Varaflame lighter, a mid-century masterpiece dating to the 1950s, manufactured in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
This piece comes from an inherited collection and was part of unsold inventory, preserving rare features rarely seen today—such as the original inspection sticker and the red safety tab still intact atop the lighter.
Finished in a striking gold-tone jet design, this model is among the more elusive configurations of the Varaflame line. The exact metal composition is unknown, but the sheen and weight suggest high-quality plating consistent with Ronson’s premium manufacturing of the era.
This is a genuine collector’s item in exceptional condition, and examples like this—especially with all original components—rarely surface in such preserved form.

- Most items ship within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed by 2 PM Pacific Time often ship the same day.

- Fine art pieces valued over $500 ship separately via complimentary UPS Expedited insured service with adult signature required. Split shipments will be dispatched simultaneously.
- While we offer insurance on your shipments, once a package is marked “delivered,” insurance no longer covers theft or loss. Please deliver to secure locations or ensuring someone is available to receive your package.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders:
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Items rejected or seized by customs due to import restrictions are not the responsibility of Last Manner.
- We do not ship knives internationally.
- We ship UPS only.
