360 Brass Alloy (C36000), also known as Free-Cutting Brass, is a copper-zinc alloy renowned for its excellent machinability. It typically contains around 60% copper, 35-37% zinc, and small amounts of lead (around 2-3%), which enhance its machining characteristics. This alloy is widely used in the manufacturing of precision components, including gears, valves, and fittings, where high-speed machining and precision are crucial. Additionally, 360 Brass offers good corrosion resistance and is often used in applications requiring both aesthetic appeal and functional performance.
C110 Copper, also known as electrolytic tough pitch (ETP) copper, is a high-conductivity material composed of 99.9% pure copper with a small amount of oxygen. It is renowned for its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making it ideal for electrical wiring, power transmission cables, and electronic components. Its high ductility, corrosion resistance, and characteristic reddish-brown color also make it suitable for plumbing, roofing, and various industrial applications. C110 copper's versatility and superior properties make it a valuable material in many industries.
